trying to understand how this bulk data load job is happening

Hello,

I am trying to understand how one of our users Phil has his name showing up in the data load jobs. Is it because he downloaded them or maybe its an automated system? i cant seem to figure it out.

Hi Ashish,   It is because he did query on the that object and he downloads the record that is why his name comes in Monitor Bulk Data Load Jobs :    I did query on object Account and my name comes in Monitor Bulk Data Load Jobs :        Hope it helps.   Thank You
