How to capture Id and URL of Custom Object in visualfore Page

I hava few custom objects and i am callling single visualforce page while user click on "Help for the page" . Here on Visualforce Page I wanted to capture URL and Id of Object from where the page get called.

When user click on "Help for the page" link, i am redirecting user to visualforce page and on that page i want to capture the id and url of Object from where it get clicked or called.
