1. Why is the header area on the second page not honoured by content that runs from first page to second page? Can this be fixed/adjusted?
2. Is it possible to have any content block that flows over both pages to be automatically pushed to the second page? I understand that this can be forced with page breaks, but then I need to set up 1 and 2-page templates... automatic would be much better...
