On my contact I have two muti select fields that show what a user has been trained on
On the account I want to be able to see if the account has trained user on a certain product so for example the account has 5 contact trained in office, so the account will confirm we have trained users working for that company.
Is this possible, and if so what field type should I be using and I presume it will be a formula so if so could anybody give me an example.

Hi Jonathan,
I don't think so you will be able to do with formula. You can write a trigger and check all related contact of specific account to update summary field.
