I have validation rules which ensues that users needs to input values in certain picklist fields. These picklist fields are dependent on what users select in the previous picklist fields. In last few days, the system is throwing up error asking users to select values in certain picklists. The abnormal part is, users have ALREADY selected values in those fields and is clearly visible. But somehow system is ignoring the inputs / resetting the ALREADY filled in fields and asking users to FILL IN AGAIN. Attached is a screenshot. You will see that the user has filled in all 3 fields, however, system is STILL ASKING user to select a value from the picklist. I really need help. This error started almost the same time with Winter'17 release.

post your validation rule here. If the 2 picklist values are dependent means why validation rules? i assumed both 3 picklists are dependent right(in multilevel)?
