When I use mail merge to send a form letter some fields are still blank. They show up on the letter as "                           ". Can you show me where to fix this please?

    Can you confirm there are values in the Salesforce.com fields that you expect to merge onto the form? Whoever owns the Mail Merge templates, can they verify that the merge field is correct in the template? If someone updates a Field in Salesforce and not in the template, this can cause the merge to break for that field.
