We are doing an org cleanup and are trying to remove any custom fields that are no longer used in our Salesforce instance, but keep running into the error below when trying to delete custom fields:
I have looked through Salesforce documentation, contacted Salesforce support with no luck, and am not able to find anything about Einstein Lead Scoring within our org to follow these steps and remove these fields from the application: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=000349209&language=en_US&mode=1&type=1
Does anyone have pointers on where to look for this "AI Application"? We don't currently use any Einstein features, but it is possible that the admin before me tested the features out without actually implementing them.
