Summer '19 admin certification hands on not working

I'm trying to do the hands on test and whenever I try to create a New Email Template, the message content window just keeps loading. I searched and saw one bug that has been fixed and apparenly appears only for French versions but I'm still having the issue.

 

Has anyone seen this before, can someone help please.

    Hi Prasoon,

     

    Its seems fixed by salesforce team, i suggest you to try with different playground from trailhead to complete your challenge and its only 3 days left to complete your maintenance exam, so try to complate asap.

     

    if still facing any issue then raise the support case to salesforce immediately.
