Workflow Rule for Lead Notification when a Picklist and Number Value contain data

what workflow can I use to send an email notification from a lead when a picklist and number vaule contain data for a record. My fields are Trial_SIMs__c (picklist) and Trial_SIMs_Quantity__c (number)

    Hi Lisa,

     

    If I understand correctly, Are you saying that thw rokflow criteria shoud check if the picklist value matches to some field of a record and the number value matches some field of a record, then the workflow should fire?Can you please elborate on this, like which record data are you looking for? is it the same record or any other related record?
