We currently use LinkedIn as an employee verification method.
Is there a tool or a way we can incorporate the Company Size field on Linkedin and bring it into an SFDC accounts page?

You can use LinkedIn Navigator for Classic and embed it into Account page layout. If you're in Lightning you can use LinkedIn app from AppExcahnge and add it as LEX component to your Account Lignting record page. You will have lots of information from LinkedIn, including company size.
