I have a question regarding the setting of Flow's minimum test coverage in Process Automation settings, which is independent of Apex test coverage of 75%.]
I'm unable to see this setting under Process Automation settings . I'm checking it in dev org.
Could somebody please tell me how this is done ?

In production orgs, a new setting lets you deploy a new active version of a process or flow via change sets or Metadata API. This setting doesn't appear in non-production orgs (such as scratch, sandbox, and developer orgs), because you can always deploy a new active version.
