Unable to deploy "Hello World Lightning Web Component"

Hello Trailblazers ,

I am unable to deploy the Lightning Web component and the output message is as seen above .

Even though the Deploy error is not seen , but when the default org opens , this web component is not seen in the Custom area .

Could anybody help me how to resolve this issue .

You probably miss the meta.xml for your LWC, manually create it and retry the deploy.
