Issue creating an active checkbox field

I have a custom object called Facilitators that has a lookup relationship to the object Classes. Four related lists appear on the Facilitators record layout that show the classes where the facilitator has been a Facilitator 1, Facilitator 2, Facilitator 3, or Facilitator 4. These lists are called "Classes (Facilitator 1)", "Classes (Facilitator 2)", etc. 

 

My goal is create a checkbox field that will automatically be checked if the any of the Classes (Facilitator "") lists are populated with a class that occurred within the last 6 months. 

 

Does anyone have advice with how this might be done. Could process builder possibly solve this?

    Hello Danielle,

     

    You should be able to do it with Process Builder based on Object 'Classes'.

     

    Use 'Update Record', then 'Related Record' (=> Facilitators)
