How do I change how a link appears in an email? For example, if we want to include a link to our YouTube or DropBox but we simply want to link to show as "DropBox" and not https://www.dropbox.com/sh/b4ggtbepe88tfjy/AADEFmI9RfZEO3nWLA10wa6ta?dl=0

    Julie, you will have to use an HTML or Custom email template, not a Text template.

    Edit: Using the HTML one will be easier since you can use the hyperlink button. The Custom one will require you to make the hyperlink yourself in HTML code. The one in the link is an HTML template. (I know that's a bit counterintuitive.)
