When I enabled Campaign Influence and the Additional Campaign Influence Models I used the Auto Association settings to limit the campaign influence time frame to 30 days. (See Screenshot below)
However, when I run a Campaign Influence report using the First Touch Model I see influence being given to campaigns where the member joined the campaign well outside of the 30-day window in relation to the campaign created date. (See Second Screen Shot)
Do the additional campaign influence models not respect the Campaign Influence Eligibility Limits or am I doing something wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated.
