We just started using Salesforce Professional, and we want to restrict users to view only certain apps and taps.

 

For example, our inside reps should only be able to see Call Center apps.

 

In Professional version, we do not have profile function, so I created a permission set and assigned users to that. However, it doesn't work.

 

Do we need Profile funtion in order to do this requirement?

    Please contact your Salesforce Account Team to discuss the Profiles / Permission sets add-on for Professional edition..
