I want to create a workflow rule to fire an email when any lease is open and the Insurance is expired.
1. Lease status is "Open"
2. Insurance Liability is expired. Libility expiry date is less than today.
or
3. Insurance Physical Damage is Expired. Physical Damage expiry date is leas then today
There is no direct relation between lease and insurance.
How can I do it?

Tarun, I am afraid this requirement will need the Process and Flows combo. Since it requires traversing multiple relationships (from child to parent and then parent to child), workflow rules or process builder alone wouldn't suffice.
