Open Case Report by Days?

H folks, I need help in creating a report for a chart dashboard. I want to show Open Cases by Days. 0 > 30 days 30 > 60 days 60 > 90 days 90 + days Thanks Tarun

Hi Tarun,

Create a Bucket field on Column Case Age

Make the report a summary report with grouping by this bucket field.

Add a chart to the Report like the image:

Do you have a field that calculates the number of days already setup?  If so, you can use a bucket field in your report to "bucket" those values into groups, like this:
