I have a field dependency in which works fine with one Case Record Type, but not with other. How can i make it work with other.
Works fine with Billing Account Cases
Doesn't work with Missing Trailer Cases.
I brought fields on the page layout of Missing Trailer Cases

Hi Tarun,
You probably don't have those picklist values available to all of your record types that you need them available for. Go to your Case Record Type called Missing Trailer Cases.and at the bottom you will see all of the picklists that are available for that record type. When you click on a picklist it will list out the values available for that picklist. Make sure all your values are available for that record type.
