We have Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, the Marketing Cloud Connector, and a custom Email Preference Center.
From everything I've read so far, there is no default mapping between the Unsubscribe from All / Subscriber status in Marketing Cloud with the Email Opt Out field in Sales Cloud, which means Marketing Cloud doesn't doesn't respect the Email Opt Out field in email sends unless we specify it as a filter, in journey builder, for example.
How does everyone else handle unsubscribe mapping between Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud?

Still looking for this "Marketing Cloud unsubscribe" field though...
Anyone have any ideas?
