I have change the page layout via page edit of a chatter group and now realized that all chatter group in lightning have the same page layout. But I only want to change it for a specific chatter group since I've added some custom rich text fields and links that doesn't make sense to show in a different chatter group.

Hello Philipp,
The Chatter group page layouts are listed in setup under Customize > Chatter > Groups > Group Layouts. That said, there is very little that you can update from this layout beyond modifying actions or exposing existing fields as the Chatter Groups object cannot be extended to include new field. Additionally, changes other than publisher actions are only reflected in the Lighting interfaces.

There are several ideas requesting additional customization options for the Chatter module that you may want to review and vote on to increse the the visibility of this much needed feature.
