my admin cant reset a users pw due to unsufficient user rights pls help

Im also admin but I was able to do this. what could be wrong at the others admin's end? I thought we are having the same admin profil. Many thanks, Philipp

You need below permission to reset the password

To reset passwords:

Reset User Passwords and Unlock Users

OR

Permission to edit the user via the user interface or the API

Check these permission on the profile.
