I've experimented with product schedules and realize that if I'm editing a product that has for example monthly installments (schedule) you need to re-establish and re calculate this product everytime there is a change to this product (e.g. change of the start date) otherwise this change does not apply and when you are doing reports you still have the old installments regards to the old start date.
Is this really the way to go? Or do I miss something here?
Since this would means that the sales reps each time need to perform those manual actions click on re-establish, fill in again the from (see attachment) hit save and hit re-calculate. Since there are a lot of such changes it can be quite cumbersome or error exposed if someone forget to update and change accordingly.
thanks for your help

Hi Philipp,
I don't think your missing anything here. I'm afraid you would really have to manually "re-establish" the schedule to perform the said changes.
