Hi, I'm having a related issue, I'veset my default list view to "All Open Cases" and in Standard format, so there are no buttons for customers to see, and it works fine, however when I click View All
the bottom of the list, it reverts back to a random list view and displays all the buttons too
Anyone got any ideas?
