I created a Custom Lookup Field on our Account Object so we could lookup to the Users object.
However, our reps. are able to type free text in this field and save the record!
This is not optimal.
Any suggestions?

If it is a Lookup(User) field, they can enter anything they want, but it has to resolve to an actual User record in order to save.
