Is it possible to control the recently viewed look up screen?

Hi Is it possible to control who appears on the recently viewed screen on a look up filter. I would like to add the user to the look up filter so the person doing the look up doesn't have to type his name in. I've attached a screenshot.

Hi Lionel,

Unfortunately, it's impossible to filter "Recently Viewed" records, the only customization you can do is select which fields can be displayed.

If you would like to "pin" one user to appear on the list, you would have to write VisualForce code.

Hi Lionel,   You can use lookup filter on the Lookup field type and apply the criteria, so that only particular user would appear on the lookup screen, and then there is a option of " The user can remove the filter or enter values that don't match criteria.", you can select this so that your user can select other records also and remove the current record filter.     If this solves your query then please mark this as Best answer!   Thanks!   Atul Singh
