When we tried to reset a password for our employee, we wouldn't get any e-mails, even in junk folder. We added *@salesforce.com to the whitelist, the letters started coming to her, but they came with a link that becomes expired immediately. It's not an old link. Every time it's a new link that we follow immediately and it still doesn't let her reset the password. When I send a reset request from my administrator profile, nothing even get delivered to her mailbox. What could be the problem??Thanks!

    What error does the user get when they click on the reset password link in a brand new email?
