Hi,
we're setting up our knowledge base and are thinking about creating an article type called "new feature", where we inform our customers about new features in our software. The reasoning to have this set up as a seperate article type is that "new feature" articles need a different approval process than our general "how to...?" articles.
The problem with this apporach is that at some point, a "new feature" becomes old. I know we cannot change article type later on, so our second idea was to just create one article type and have different approval processes associated with it. Depending on what we're writing about, we want to manually select a different approval process. Is that possible? (So far my understanding is that you can have only one review process associated per article type?)
Thanks!

Hi Katharina,
You can have multiple approval process on a single article type.
I did the same setup with a filter having contains operation on title. In your scenario, I would suggest, add a checkbox/picklist field to identify to which approval process the article should be sent to.
