Outlook Plugin

I was promted to download Outlook Pluggin v3.0. After the donwload I could no longer see the plugin on my outlook email. Can you please advise how to get the outlook plugin back on?

    Hi Elda,

     

    It shouldn't cause Outlook to overall run slow, but when adding emails to SalesForce, you may notice a delay while it connects through the API if you are running Connect for Outlook.

     

    If it is crashing your Outlook, you may want to re-install or make sure you have the latest version. I know we have experienced that as well with the older Connect for Outlook, but have not had that issue with Salesforce for Outlook.
