I have Campaign Monitor intergrated into Salesforce. For email personalization I want to use the Account Name. However, I am unable to integrate this field while mapping. Can someone please advice me how to do this?

Hi Kees,
I suggest you to Contact the service providers for Campaign Monitor as this is a third party app and they will be able to provide you some guidance regarding the same.
