How do I have SF auto select the next line of a list?

I have an assignment section on the campaign member detail page. The assignments are assigned in a round robin fashion. Here is the assignment order:

 

Introduction / Team

 

Idea #1 / Delegate

 

Idea #2 / Coaching

 

Idea #3 / Confrontation

 

7 Principles / Coaching

 

Idea #1 / Team

 

Idea #2 / Confrontation

 

Idea #3 / Delegate

 

Introduction / Coaching

 

Idea #3 / Confrontation

 

7 Principles / Delegate

 

Idea #1 / Team

 

Is there a way to set it up so that the first person I add to the campaign as "registered" gets assigned the first assignment. The second person gets assigned the second assignment and so on? And in addition, if someone marked "registered" who is assigned the 3rd assignment, if their status changes, can that assignment be released and assigned to the next person I add to the campaign with the status of "registered"?

    Hi Katy, this can be done but will require code.  Do you have in house developers? I don't think this can be done with config.
