Quick question!

My sales teams typically work with 10 - 20+ leads within a single account (B2B sales) and try multiple angles to offer our services to clients. Once our sales team gets in contact with one of the leads and there is a business opportunity (they want to do business with us and we want to do business ith them) they will convert them to account, contact, and opportunity.

In an effort to manage the account planning process and allow my team to host all of these leads under one umbrella, i'd like to have a process in place that converts all of the leads that have the same "Company" name to accounts and contacts. This will allow the sales teams to manage all of the activity they put in to "win the account" and track future account activities as they try to "balloon" the account if you will.

Is this possible declaratively? Or will I need to write an APEX trigger to accomplish this task?

Looking forward to any guidance!

thank you!

The cleanest way would be with Apex and FV or lightning component. That's a lot of moving pieces. You could try flow but that may get messy too. Also, check the app exchange for something like this it may be out there.
