I cannot seem to figure out how to get the New Task and New event tab to be visible in Lightning experience. I have it available but it is not showing up this is what it looks like. I do have multiple record types so not sure if that does not allow for this or what is causing this to not work.

This is what I am trying to get since I have seen it in Sales Force Demos and vidoes and in trail head:
The page layout is set up correctly as far as I am aware since i have new event and task under sales force 1 and lighting experience actions
All help is appreciated.
