Hello Salesforce Experts!

I have a Campaign with Campaign Members. I want to send an email to only a select few from the campaign members list. I select those members and use the Send Email List. When I do this, I don't see the Related To field to relate this email to the campaign.

Send List Email Button not showing Related To Field in Campaigns

However, if I simply try to send an email from the activity pane within the Campaign I see the Related To field allowing me to relate this email to the campaign so it shows up on the Campaign Activity History.

Also, when I use the drop down Send List Email from the Campaign Members Chart, I also can relate it to a Campaign. Not sure why the more selective version doesn't allow me to relate. Any suggestions to fix this problem?

Any idea's how to get the Relate To option when sending email from within the Campaign Members list.

    Hi Kris,

Thanks for your response! I was excited to see your solution. However, when I add the campaign in the recipient list, it adds ALL the Campaign members to the email, which is not what I want. If you look at the Review Tab you can see all the recipients of the email.

If the intended purpose of this send list email is to associate with the campaign without having to relate to a campaign, then why is the activity not showing up in the timeline?
