Report charts on mobile community are not visible

Question

We have lightning community and we put charts on it with component Report Summary. But on a mobile, the reports are not visible. I've found https://releasenotes.docs.salesforce.com/en-us/spring16/release-notes/rn_mobile_s1_newfeat_reportsdashboards_charts.htm but I can't see the option Enable Enhanced Charts in Salesforce1 in our org or sandboxes. Any ideas?
