So we are currently running a SalesForce report and picking up items that are closed . The reason is that we are looking at a report where status is equal to CLOSED .

 

The problem is that we have a case supoport status of `completed` that means the case is closed and checked although because it doesnt actually say `CLOSED` the report is still picking it up.

 

So the question is ........

 

Is there a criteria change required on the report or do i have to have a CLOSED (the word) status for all Case proceses.

    Hi James,

     

    Are both same field values liek picklist values then you can add the Completed values also in the filter

     

    Or

     

    If both are different field, then add this new completed field as filter in your report and put that in OR Condition
