How do I configure Field service lightning if I have a customer that I don't want to recieve the notification emails when a service appointment is dispatched or when the Tech arrives on site, etc?

    Hi Leah,

     

    Have a look what do you have under PB, WF, Flows etc. Not for the looks of it:
