This is the form that comes up when you click Contact Support button from our community. I want to remove the contact name field and add an email field. I think I have to change a page layout but I don't know where to find it.
Can someone help me?

Go into the Community Builder and select this Contact page.
Click on the Component (when it renders) and you'll see a floating menu bar on the right for the properties
Expand the Authenticated Users section and you'll see a Global Action option
Go back to Setup and open up your Global Actions and select the one used
Click the Edit layout button to change the fields.
