I have a process builder that creates a new case when a case is reopened. How do I add the emails from the reopended case to the new one created by the process builder?

    You can add related record information but it's just detail information I'm afraid. Is there a specific reason you need to create a new case when it is reopened? Maybe there could be another way to approach it so you can keep the activity related to the case.
