Quote Document Configuration

Is there a way of creating a quote template that essentially ignores any groupings there might be from the quote configuration? We use grouping a fair amount but only for ease of pricing and discounting, not necessarily to present to the client. When you use groups the products are split on the template by the group and say "Group 1" above the line? Any advice?

    @Patrick, yes. I'm using CPQ, apologies I wasn't explicit about that in my original post.

     

    @Erik. They are blank on the template. I believe these are only for when you want to group a quopte by a specific field but I'm refering to when the user uses the group function in the quote configurator. There doesn'ty seem to be a way of removing this from a document
