Any ideas? I cant seem to work out why I cat see it. Its obviously a setting i'm missing but cat work it out!

Hi Alastair, have you check if the product is active for particular price book?
It should be the same between sandbox and production.
If you have configuration or developer sandbox, the data will not copy over to sandbox
