I am building a report which needs to show the following:
1) Activity report showing all completed activity that is a Call or 1st Meeting subject
2) From this I want to somehow show a ratio or percentage of Calls it has taken to get a 1st meeting .This is across all accounts so not specific to each, just an average ratio across all. I know its somewhere in the region of 60 calls to get 1 meeting but I can’t find/work out a way of showing this on a report which will then show in a dashboard?
Any suggestions?
