how to identify total records with email addresses?

This is needed to initiate/size a Hubspot subscription.  Thanks!

    Hi Pam.

     

    For the object(s) that you are looking to count (Lead, Contact), you can create a simple report that includes a filter for the Email field not equal to <blank>:

     

    Hi Pam.

     

    The report will include a total number of records that have an email address. You can then run a similar report on the other objects, and add the total together.
