A lead gets assigned to a queue by our SalesForce lead assignment rules, and we have an automation to notify assigned user, but in the case of the queue - who gets notified? All the queue members or no-one?

    Hey @Andrew Cook I realize this was a couple years back, but do you happen to know how this squares with the "Send Email to Members" checkbox and whether or not there is a queue email listed in the queue settings on the Salesforce-side?

     

    I'm guessing that email behavior will be the same whether we're talking about email alerts from SF or 'notify' completion actions from within Pardot? And the queue settings just determine whether it will go to the individuals or the queue email?
