I have a salesforce knowledge user unable to delete and publish knowledge articles, the users profile has the Manage Articles enabled & Knowledge Article Actions is set to all for all actions.
I have found information regarding article type permission sets, however I can’t find the permission sets for this object in settings, the only article object I have is Article Management which I only have tab settings for.
Currently only the admin can publish and delete, any guidance on what I have missed would be much appreciated.
