Capturing guest information during Chatbot Live Chat.

Hi, I'm using Einstein Bots to share information store in knowledge Articles on a community. If the information doesn't resolve the guests issue I want to capture the guest information  i.e Name, Email, Description and create a case. I need to hide the pre chat form at the very beginning of the bot initialization, and show only at the point before creating a case. 

 

Is it possible to build in this way? If so, how?

    Hi Oliver,

     

    Have you taken a look at the article below? Knowledge must be enbaled if your Einstein Bot will serve Knowledge articles to your customers. There seems to be a lot of moving parts to get the bot to serve articles. I hope this gets you started.
