Can I give specific users permission to create personal email templates, but not edit public templates?

I would like users to be able to create their own email templates without them altering the current public email templates. Is this possible?

    Hi Jenna,

     

    Yes, they are two different things. 

     

    You can give the user "Manage Public Templates" on the profile to manage folder. If you remove this permission they should still be able to create email templates, however they will still have the ability to create email templates on the section "My templates".
