Is there a way to automatically reassign cases that are assigned to a queue to the first user that responds to a case?

    Unfortunately, this hasn't been functioning for me, as it keeps throwing an error. Sorry -- bit of a beginner here. Just to be sure, in the second condition you specified, what specifically are you selecting to check that the case is assigned to the Queue?

     

    I've also tried setting up the process so that when a case is assigned to the queue, and the status does not equal new, it gets assigned to the user = Last Modified By User, but that also is giving me an error.
