Adding picklist values to Community Partner field access

On my case object I have the status field for which partner have access to, however the same picklist values are not available to the partners in our B2C community. How do I resolve this?

    Thank you so much Ahilesh for your quick response. I am aware of the Spring 20 changes however if I select *Show Closed Statuses* then all

    values are visible. There are values that we do not want a particular

    partner to see only those that relate to them. Is there a way to accomplish

    this?
