Non profit with 12 prgms mged by 12 people offering different services. Are cases the best way to handle? Log a call - for initial activity or change record owner? Looking for best practice - thanks.

    Hi Cindy,

     

    I also work for a non-profit and have staff offering different services.  It depends on what type of information you are looking to track.  If you have any more specific questions I'd be happy to try and help.
